Plexus specializes in residential construction, focusing on renovations and new construction for projects ranging between $2 million and $20 million. Plexus Construction and Development’s mission is to rejuvenate and restore select neighborhoods of Southern California, and offer investors a strong return on their initial investment.
Plexus Construction and Development is owned by Bernard van Bilderbeek and Pete Licea. Both have a strong background in high end construction & estate management with a combined 25+ year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects for private-sector clients. Their experience includes managing multiple subcontracting crews of up to twenty in home improvements, abatements, redesign initiatives and a variety of other construction and demolition projects. Bernard and Pete are backed by strong credentials, great relationships with renowned interior designers and architects as well as reputable relationships with Southern California’s top subcontractors. They both have a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions from Montecito California to Kensington London in the UK.
